The compara spinner was created by combining two of Dave Ellis’s patterns- The Triple wing spinner and the Hi-viz Compara dun. I found that I was having trouble keeping an eye on the low riding spinners so I dropped a wing off the triple-wing spinner and added the Hi-Vis compara wing to the front of the fly. The fish see the shape of a spinner and you see the wing as well. Colors. PMD & BWO. Available in Sizes 16-20.
