Lynch’s mini drunk and disorderly. Tommy lynch’s drunk and disorderly now available in a smaller 3 inch version. These flies are tied in the US by our good friend Mike Schmidt, who continues to amaze us with his quality and consistency on the vise. The mini drunk and disorderly is a single hook articulated streamer with tons of flash and a deer hair head cut at an angle to give the fly a diving or fluttering motion in the water. This pattern is able to achieve an erratic action similar to that of the swimmin jimmy because the head is treated with a Clear Goo UV resin– Creating a hydrophobic wedge that forces water over the body at different angles each time it is retrieved.   If you are looking for a larger version, you can find the standard Drunk and Disorderly here. Lynch’s mini drunk and disorderly is available in white, tan, olive, black, yellow, white/red cheek, white/pearl, and olive/gold.

* Please Note that the White/Pearl and Olive/Gold versions are tied by Fulling Mill Fly Company and are roughly an inch longer than the Mini D&D’s tied by Mike Schmidt.  The only other differences between the two are the head sizes (Fulling Mill heads are a little bit larger) and the amount of hooks (Fulling Mill flies have 2 hooks while the rear hook on Mike’s flies is clipped off)
