Tri-lobal holographic flash chenille is another great way to make flashy bodies on streamers and steelhead patterns with minimal bulk and weight. The package says this chenille is 1.25″ in width, but that is because it has fibers running on both sides of the core unlike similar products such as Aqua Veil or UV polar chenille which have the fibers on only one side. In actuality, the fibers are almost identical in length to medium UV polar chenille, and you will use half as much material because there are twice as many fibers. Approximately 5 feet of material per package.
