At Galloup’s Slide Inn, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00. Domestic orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.15. We do not offer free shipping on international orders. All orders are shipped via priority mail from USPS. There is an additional charge for packages shipped via UPS, which can be arranged by calling the shipping center at (406) 682-7020 during normal business hours.
For returns, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 30 days of receiving your shipment. If you need to return an item for any reason, please send us an email at [email protected] or call our shipping center at (406) 682-7020 and one of our staff members will be able to assist you. Once the return has been initiated, just ship the items back to our shop at the address below, along with a note including your name and order number and we will refund your credit card or PayPal account once the item has been received. Only the items that you wish to return will be refunded, and we cannot refund the shipping cost included in the order. Additionally, we do not provide a return shipping label for correct or undamaged items. Only incorrect or damaged items will be issued a prepaid return label. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced by us at no charge. No refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
