The Chubby Cubby is a new ant pattern added to the bins this year. The foam body on this ant is super realistic and can be mistaken for a true real ant very easily. This fly incorporates the classic chubby wing platform we have all come to know and love. While it gives a realistic representation of wings it also gives us something to see on top of the water compared to most other low floating ants. This pattern is great to fish on its own but is also a great candidate for a dry dropper rig. The foam allows you to put some beaded nymphs below while not sinking the ant. Comes in size 16.
