Description
Devin Olsen’s Blowtorch is a tag-style nymph that he developed in the Czech Republic in 2014 during the World Fly Fishing Championship. In fact, he credits this pattern as being instrumental to his 2nd and 1st place finishes during that competition. The Blowtorch features a black-peacock body with a hot orange tag and hot spot, and just he right amount of CDC for the collar. Whether you are fishing it on a euro rig, under and indicator, or off a dry fly the Blowtorch is just one of those patterns that gives you confidence everywhere you take it.
