The Ross Evolution FS is the most robust reel in the Ross lineup. The Ross Evolution FS hybridizes the features of the award-winning LTX and Animas model reels creating a design that offers a whole new level of drag strength for both fresh and saltwater conditions. 

The stout, rounded radius frame not only creates additional durability, but eliminates the possibility of line slipping between the spool and frame. The easy to find drag knob is also simple to rotate, and specifically engineered to avoid catching fly line as unpredictable fish hastily head off to the horizon.
