The dubbing is made of natural hollow fibers that are half the thickness of Super Fine dubbing, making it ideal for tiny dries and emerges. Kapok is actually a natural fiber grown throughout the tropics that’s moisture-resistant, quick drying, and extremely buoyant as it weighs only one-eighth as much as cotton. It has has historically been used for life jackets and life boats — Supporting as much as 30 times its own weight in water!
