Minnows

Small minnows can be a code cracker in Stillwater fishing when nothing else seems to be working.  Balanced baitfish and other small minnow imitations can be stripped slowly under the surface or fished with a long leader using a slip bobber system.  Whether you are new to fishing lakes or a seasoned veteran, a few small minnow imitations deserve some slots in your Stillwater fly box.
