Frank’s Flashy has been a staple pattern for us whenever we encounter small, light-colored mayflies hatching on the river. This fly is a little small for an accurate representation of a true Pale Morning Dun, but it certainly seems to take care of business whenever we encounter similar looking mayflies in the 18 to 20 range. Available in size 18.
