Lynch’s Drunk and Disorderly Deceiver takes the traditional Drunk and Disorderly to the next level, and at roughly 8 inches long this fly is perfect for targeting big fish in big water. The head of this fly is tied on a Gamakatsu 60 degree jig hook, so the construction is similar to what you find on Tommy’s Shad Rap D&D; however, the addition of the schlappen tails is what sets the Drunk and Disorderly Deceiver apart from previous variations. You won’t believe how this thing swims.

Tommy Lynch’s Drunk and Disorderly Deceiver takes the traditional drunk and disorderly to the next level, and at roughly 8 inches long it’s a great choice for targeting big fish in big water. The head of this fly is tied on a gamakatsu 60 degree jig hook, so the construction is similar to what you find on Tommy’s shad rap d&d; however, the addition of the schlappen tails is what sets lynch’s drunk and disorderly deceiver apart from previous variations. This pattern is able to achieve an erratic/wounded action because of the angle of the deer hair head and the addition of UV resin which creates a hydrophobic wedge that forces water over the body at different angles each time it is retrieved.
