The mini drunk and disorderly is an articulated streamer with tons of flash, and a deer hair head cut at an angle to give the fly a diving or fluttering motion in the water. This pattern is able to achieve an erratic action similar to that of the swimmin jimmy because the head is treated with a UV resin– Creating a hydrophobic wedge that forces water over the body at different angles each time it is retrieved.
