Matthew’s Gizmo has been a great producer swinging for lake fish running up in the fall. It is tied on a heavier wire hook than many other soft hackles which can be a difference maker if you hook into a giant. It features ruffed grouse for the tail and hackle, krystal flash sprinkled throughout and a bead buried beneath the hackle for when you need to achieve a bit more depth. Comes in size #8.
