Description
The conehead wooly sculpin is very similar to a standard CH wooly bugger, but with the added benefit of a heavy deer hair collar. This produces a silhouette of a sculpin’s pectoral fins when viewed from below, and it continues to be a solid producer for us on the Madison year after year.
