Bob Quigley’s Midget Caddis is one of those pattern that we usually have to push in the shop, as it is a little unconventional on the eye at first. As with most Quigley patterns, there is a method to his madness and the midget caddis will quickly become one of your go-to caddis imitations in no time at all. This pattern is tied with a folded deer hair wing and post, with a fair amount of grizzly hackle in the mix which insures that it will ride the surface film for a long time when treated with floatant. Quigley’s midget caddis is available in the original tan color.
